One of the hardest jobs about being in real estate sales is finding a quality contractor that can do multiple type jobs in a timely manner and that communicates quickly. About 3 ½ years ago I was fortunate to hire Josh Cavana to do a painting job for me. Since then Josh has become my “go to” contractor for not only my own personal work but also for so many client jobs that I have lost count. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and hard working. Josh is always my first call whenever I need any type of repair around my home. Over the years, he has professionally handled a wide range of projects—from replacing toilets, to repairing and repainting the exterior of my home, to building and staining a new lawn mower ramp, and even replacing a dehumidifier roof vent.

My deck is absolutely gorgeous! I love the workmanship. Cavana Construction delivered beautiful work for me. The cost was reasonable and they discounted everything they could. Josh communicated with me so I knew when they were coming. They took pictures for me if they had questions or identified issues.
